Simple introduction：
Tubular heat exchanger(UHT) is applied in producing liquid foods with a wide range of viscosity. It is suitable for the liquid food with fibers or grains. The capacity of our plant is 1~30t/h. The special temperature of sterilizer is 90~140℃. It can be connected with any filling machine (aseptic or another type). The control component contains: touch screen, Omron PLC, steam reducing valve, steam control valve, by-pass valve, pressure maintaining valve, material pump, and hot water pump.

Process: 5℃→65℃ Homogeneous →95℃ 30S→140℃ 4S→25℃
