| Shanghai Nan Hua Transducer Manufacture Co., Ltd was founded in 1992. We specialize in manufacturing series of plates, tubular, air heat exchangers and various high temperature pasteurizers and ultra high temperature (UHT) sterilizers.
We got support from Mr. Fan Xu Dong’s family, Mr. Fan is one of Chinese famous patriotic businessmen (the king of sodium hydroxide) when the company has just been established. And Mr. He Zheng Liang, vice chairman of IOC (International Olympic Committee) gave inscription for the company.
Our company has obtained the ISO 9001 certification, the company was conformed to contract and paid attention to credit by Shanghai Business Administration Bureau, and was appraised as No. A enterprise (credit grade) by Bank of Communication in 2004.
The company has a whole digital control product line. We have four sets of kiloton and 10000 ton capacities automatic program control hydraulic pressers. It has 10000 square meter area modern plant, also with all patterns of model BR and BP plates (0.05~1.3 m2, the capacity of 0.2~1000 t/h) which is the most advanced technology in the world, and the laboratory type of 50L/h sterilizer set, the components of the automatic program control tubular and plate UHT sterilizer set. Our elaborate products have won lots of favour from global consumers. The air heat exchanger used the foreign TCS technology. It increases 46% heat exchanges efficiency and heat conduct oil up to 300 C can be used for exchanging heat.
We possess the leadership in the area of dairy, beverage, juice, beer, biology-pharmacy, fine chemical engineering, air-conditioning, drying, etc. Our plant should be applied in dairy and beer industry. The company show in YiLi, GuangMing, MengNiu and San Yuan Dairy; Yan Jing, Hua Run, Ha’erBin, Chong Qing and Jin Xing beer.
Our products have been sold throughout China and exported to South East Asia, Africa and North America.
